Corrected During Inspection Observed no towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in the ice cream/drive thru room. PIC put some paper towels.

Corrected During Inspection Observed no soap at handwashing sink in the ice cream/ drive thru room. PIC put some hand soap at the sink.

Observed ice build up in the 2 door Artic Air freezer in the back room. Observed damaged gasket on the door of the ice cream cooler by the drive thru. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Repeat Observed dust build up on the fan cover of the walk in cooler. Observed the gasket, door and bottom of ice cream cooler by the drive thru needing cleaning. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
