| Complainant stated being at the facility on 10/26 and noticed a sewer gas smell in the facility. Complainant stated he got chicken breast and fries and his son got chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy. Complainant stated his son got sick later in the night. Talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated they experience sewer gas smell sometimes in the facility and the issue has been going on and off for a while now. PIC stated they have been trying to prevent the issue by using drain cleaners and bleach during after hours. PIC stated the issue will be brought up again to corporate to see if they can find out a long term preventive measure to the issue. Did not smell sewer gas in the facility at the time of inspection. Observed mashed potatoes, gravy and chicken hot holding at 135F or above. PIC stated no employee reported sick last week and facility has a sick policy. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. The sewer gas smell issue need fixing. |
