Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed ham and turkey sandwiches sitting out at room temperature. PIC stated it was prepped and brought up to be put in the cooler less than an hour ago. PIC put the sandwiches in the cooler. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature.
