[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed four bags of cut mushrooms in the upright True refrigerator without date marking at the time of inspection. PIC placed the proper date on them. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed no thermometer in the upright True cooler at the time of inspection. PIC placed one in there. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed torn gaskets on the make table at the time of inspection. PIC stated he had a repair guy in to fix them but the gaskets were not long enough. Repair had to be put on hold until Thanksgiving time. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
