Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed the wiping cloths on the front line to not be stored in the sanitizing solution. PIC placed cloths in the buckets. Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths.

Corrected During Inspection Observed lids on the front line to not be protected from contamination. PIC flipped items over. [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles.

Observed ice build up on the reach in cake freezer. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed some water damaged ceiling tiles on the front line. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
