PIC had employee health code available.Observed proper hand washing all sinks were properly equipped. All food purchased from McClain. PIC stated foods are removed from the freezer into the cooler to thaw properly. All foods were date and time marked. PIC stated when food is transported off site proper equipment is used for transport.
