Observed an employee drink being stored with clean dishes.
Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.

Repeat Observed the floor under the fryers with visible build-up.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
Observed a handwashing sink at the end of the production line that causes the drain under the line to overflow. Also by using this sink, hands can not be properly washed because the valve closes and can only be opened with your hands.
Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained.
