Observed prep cooler in operation with a temperature above 41°F. No food was in the prep cooler at the time of inspection. PIC stated they will not use the prep cooler until the equipment has been replaced with an approved prep cooler that meets temperature requirements. Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food.

3717-1-03.2(N)(4) / Gloves - latex gloves
Corrected During Inspection Observed an open box of latex gloves in the mobile. PIC purchased a box of vinyl gloves after the inspection. Latex gloves being used in the FSO or RFE

Corrected During Inspection Observed no sanitizer available at the time of inspection. PIC purchased sanitizing solution after the inspection. Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the FSO or RFE.
