| Note: Investigating complaint of broken glass in customer's scrambled eggs & home fries. Beverage/Sunday glasses are the only food utensils made of clear glass in this facility, and were the focus of this investigation. Beverage/Sunday glasses were examined and no cracked/broken glasses were observed in the clean or dirty glass racks. The grill area where eggs and home fries are cold held and cooked was examined, and no glasses were observed to be stored or utilized in this area of the kitchen. Spk to PIC, she stated that Bob Evans policy is that if a glass does fall and break, all exposed foods in the vicinity are discarded. |
