Received a complaint that the walk-in freezer was not working properly, causing the freezer to get too warm and the food to defrost. During the complaint inspection, the freezer was operating and the food in the freezer was observed to be at 30°F. The manager was advised to continue monitoring the internal temperature of the food in the freezer to ensure the food does not go over 32°F. |
