Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sanitizer dispensor dispensing quat sanitizer below the required concentration. PIC is having food employees hand mix the sanitizer to the approved concentration until the sanitizer dispensor gets repaired. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.
