| Complainant stated being at the facility on 4/13 and observed employees through the drive thru eating pizza while making food and not wearing gloves. Also observed employee making milkshake with dirty hands. Talked to the PIC about the complaint. Did not observe complainant statements at the time of inspection. Observed facility has gloves ad employee making food was wearing gloves. PIC stated employees usually take their lunch break in the office or in their car. Talked to PIC about having a designated area for employee to take their lunch when in the facility. Food employees shall not be making food while eating. Reviewed proper hand washing and use of gloves with PIC. No violation was noted. |
