Comments
A positive Escherichia coli 0157:H7 case was sent to our health department. The victim ate at Bob Evans on 11/29/16. The victim ate pancakes and sausage.

Discussed the case with the person-in-charge. Sausage comes in frozen. Thawed in the walk-in cooler. Observed proper storage and temperatures of the sausage. All sausage comes in pre-cooked and heated up to order.

Pancake mix comes in dry and water is added.
