PIC showed health code poilcy.Saw and employee washing hands using proper hand washing procedure. PIC stated all food comes from GFS. PIC stated to thaaw food it is take out of the freezer and place into cooler and also when reheating foods temperature is brought up to 180 degrees F. All food was date marked.
