Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the sanitizer dispensor dispensing quat sanitizer above the approved concentration. PIC was advised to dilute the sanitizer with water until the dispensor has been repaired. PIC remade all sanitizer buckets during the inspection. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.
