Comments
Received a complaint stating that a customer had looked through the serving window and witnessed an individual not wearing a hairnet or beard net. Along with this, the customer allegedly witnessed the individual rolling a cigarette and packing a backpack. Lastly, the customer stated that they had been served a pre-portion of butter that had crust on it from sitting too long. Upon arriving I did not observe any employees to not be wearing a hat or hairnet. Along with this, employees were correctly donning single-use gloves and washing their hands prior to doing so during the time of inspection. This individual store has an employee area in the back of it that employees are to set their personal items in. Observed employees to be utilizing this area during the time of inspection. Lastly, the butter is being held over ice at the moment and being time stamped for four hours due to a cold-holding unit being down. I did not observe the butter to be crusted during the time of inspection, and the internal temperature was being held below 41 degrees during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection.

Note from last inspection: Front cooler is now working and items no longer require Time As A Public Health Measure stickers on them as they were being held at 38 degrees during the time of inspection.
