Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed accumulation of debris on inside of ice machine in the back room. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed serving utensils laying on a tray next to sloppy joe and BBQ Pork. Also ice scoop laying in ice In-use utensils improperly stored. PIC cleaned and put new in the coney sauce.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed torn gaskets on the cooler in the kitchen. PIC called maintenance during inspection to have gaskets replaced. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Vent in cieling by blast freezer has accumulation of debris. Ventilation system not maintained.
