Received a complaint that the complainant thought the temperatures of the cold meats and cheeses were off the last 3 times they had been at the facility. Complainant stated that they had suspected food poisoning 3 times after eating at the establishment. Complainant also stated the facility smells like sewage which made the food taste like it, and the complainant also stated that employees are unclean. During the complaint investigation, temperatures were observed to be below 41°F in the meat, cheese, and vegetable prep tables, as well as in the prep cooler and walk-in cooler. No sewage smell was detected. Employees were also observed washing their hands during the inspection. No violations related to the complaint were observed during the inspection. |
