| Discussed with the manager about the issue of the sewer gas smell and what measure the facility is taking to resolve the issue. Manager stated the sewer gas smell is due to the grease trap being full and that they have the grease trap pumped once every two months. Manager stated after the complaint, they had the company come an pump the grease trap on 11/02. A copy of the service was provided. |
