| Complainant stated they placed an order on 8/31/16 for a chocolate fudge sundae at around 6:35pm. As she pulled up to the window she watched a young female worker over fill the hot fudge and proceeded to use her finger and then lick the fudge from her finger and container. She asked the employee who took the payment to have someone else remake the sundae. She heard the cashier say "the stupid customer wants you to remake the sundae". Complainant then asked to speak to the manager, Josh. Complainant explained the problem to the manager and that she did not want the sundae just her money back. Conducted an inspection. Discussed the complaint with General Manager Kerissa. She was informed of the complaint as her manager called her last night to report the complaint. She called the owner and he was able to pull up what happened on the camera system. Kerissa explained that it was the employee's first day on the job. The employee was pulled aside to explain that we can not do this. I explained that sanitizer towels should be used to clean up and spillage. |
