Corrected During Inspection Did not observe an internal thermometer in the fridge. PIC placed thermometer in fridge during the inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed coffee filters that were not protected from contamination. PIC turned filters over to prevent contamination. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.
