Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed turkey and taco meat in the pizza make table that were made on 5/2 without date marking. PIC date marked them. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

Observed damaged gasket on the doors of the 2 door freezer in the kitchen. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
