Received a complaint that the complainant was served old chicken with a nasty film over it that made them sick. During the complaint inspection, the prepared chicken was made that day and was in the hot-holding units above 135°F. A film was not observed on any of the chicken. No chicken was observed to be sitting out of temperature control at the time of inspection. No violations related to this complaint were observed. |
