Comments
Complainant called in on 4/6 stating observing employees through the drive thru not wearing gloves. Complainant stated there were 3 employees working and their were not 6 ft apart. Complainant also stated employee making her ice cream was not wearing gloves and had dirty fingernails.
Talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated they reduced the number of employees working in order to respect social distancing. PIC stated they have reminder for employees to watch their hand frequently. PIC also stated employee making ice cream is supposed to be wearing gloves. Observed employee making food wearing gloves at the time of inspection. Talked to employee about making sure employees are aware of washing their hands frequently and wearing gloves when required. Reviewed proper fingernail maintenance with PIC. Did not observed Complainant statement at the time of inspection. Reviewed proper use of gloves, hand washing, fingernail maintenance and social distancing with PIC.
