Corrected During Inspection Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed walk-in freezer not working correctly. PIC has a technician coming to the store.
PIC has maintenance scheduled to make proper repairs.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
Comments
Facility was closed and the freezer was down. Observed ground beef patties and tater tots in the freezer that were at 38F. Owner and employee discarded the product. Owner to call us to inspect freezer prior to reopening to ensure proper repairs were made. This inspection will close out the complaint and we will inspect the whole facility as part of the ongoing reinspection that revolves the action plan that we put into place with the owner of the facility.
