| Complainant stated the hot water tanks aren't working properly and dishes are getting cleaned/ sanitized. Discussed the complaint with the person-in-charge. The hot water at the handsink was above 100F, 3-bay sink was 130F and the high temp dishwasher read 163F from a max read thermometer. The dishwasher was properly working. The person-in-charge stated they have 3 hot water tanks and one of the tanks is getting replaced tomorrow. |
