Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed food debris inside the microwave in the kitchen. PIC had it cleaned.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed cut tomatoes and shredded lettuce in the pizza make table cooler that were not date marked. PIC discarded them.

Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed missing thermometer inside the cooler by the registry.
