Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food in storage area of make table to not have lids on them. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC placed lids on containers.

Repeat Observed liquids at grill used for cooking to not have labels on them during the time of inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Observed light from under the back door sweep during the time of inspection. Observed Back Door Sweep to be damaged during the time of inspection. Outer opening not protected.
