Comments
Complainant stated being at the facility on 6/11/19 and observed the dining area needing cleaning: dining tables were dirty and trash cans were full.
Observed some of the dining tables needing cleaning and some trash can needing to be emptied at the time of inspection. Talked to PIC about the complaint and PIC stated an employee is usually assigned to take care of the cleanliness of the dining area especially during pick hours. PIC stated tables are cleaned, floor is swept and trash cans are changed as needed throughout the day. PIC had an employee clean the table, sweep the floor and empty the trash can at the time of inspection. No violation was noted.
