Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed ice in the handwashing sink behind the donut case.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Observed cream mix in the walk-in cooler, ice-cream in the freezer and coffee in dry storage stored directly on the floor.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.

Observed the walk-in door being repaired with duct tape.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.

Observed no handwashing sign posted at handwashing sink used by employees in the mens restroom.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed several damaged celing tiles in the dinning room.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed a wet mop being stored in the mop sink. All wet mops should be hung to air dry.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
