Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed hand sink being used as a dump sink during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC cleaned the sink out and stated he is aware this is not supposed to be happening.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed pickles and uncooked chicken in both walk-in coolers to not have lids during the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC placed lids on food containers.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed in-use utensils being stored inside food containers during the time of inspection. In-use utensils improperly stored. PIC removed them from containers.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed torn gaskets on both the walk-in cooler doors and the walk-in freezer door during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
