[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot and cold holding.
Critical TCS foods were not being held at the proper temperature. The TCS food items in McCall cooler had internal temps of 46-47 degrees F (chicken/mac& cheese).
Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as a public health control, TCS food shall be held at 135°F or above (except for those roasts that are cooked as required may be held at 130° F), or at 41°F or less in order to prevent microbial growth. Mgr voluntarily discarded food items during inspection.
3717-1-04.2(A) / Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities.
Critical Observed inadequate equipment for cooling, heating or holding food. The McCall cooler was not capable of holding TCS foods at 41 degrees F or lower. This unit had an ambient temp of 46-47 degrees F during inspection;
Equipment for cooling, heating, or holding cold and hot TCS food shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide food at the required food temperatures. Equipment was taken out of service to be repaired by mgr. Correct By: 06-Oct-2014
3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Food items were observed in a hand washing sink behind the icecream station
A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. In the walking cooler, the coving to the left (along the floor) has separated from the wall and needs to be refastened. Clean the space first.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris on the floor throughout the entire back area.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
