3717-1-04(I) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
Observed chemicals being stored on top of cardboard on the racks in the chemical storage area at the time of inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed gaskets on the True refrigerator and multiplex flavoring cooler with torn gaskets at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Observed three bay without proper sealing at the time of inspection. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.

3717-1-04.5(J) / Rinsing procedures.
Observed the three bay not being set up properly. It was set up as rinse, wash, and sanitize instead of wash, rinse, sanitize. Utensils and/or equipment not properly rinsed.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed a build up of debris on the out side and top of the dishwasher at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed gaskets throughout the facility with a build up of debris at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Repeat Observed an accumulation of dust on the vent cover on top of the Frank fry freezer at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Corrected During Inspection Observed mops being stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. PIC hung them up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed build up of debris on the floor in the dry storage area at the time of inspection. Facility not maintained clean.
