Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed raw liquid eggs being stored above tea and bottled water in the walk-in cooler.

Corrected During Inspection Observed strawberry toping in the reach-in cooler not properly covered to prevent contamination.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.

Did not observed a fan guard on one of the fans in the walk-in freezer.
