Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed noodles that were made on 5/18, beef and shrimp on 5/19 in the make table in the kitchen that were not date marked. PIC date marked them.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed the use of non commercial microwaves and rice cookers.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Repeat Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed dumpster lid open.

VI - TCS Food: Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked. Observed noodles, beef and shrimp that were not date marked.
