3717-1-02.4(C)(11) / PIC: duties - ensure employees are proplery sanitizing cleaned equipment and utensils
Critical Corrected During Inspection PIC was unaware of where the max registering dish thermometer was located. Inspectior found and taught her to use the device. PIC not ensuring employees are properly sanitizing equipment and utensils and monitoring of sanitizer parameters.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Did not observe verifiable sick policy for each employee. PIC took copies and is going to have each employee sign them. Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe a thermometer is most of the coolers in the facility. Please ensure each hot and colding holding unit has an internal thermometer. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed the handle of the ice scoop to be in the ice laying down. In-use utensils improperly stored.

3717-1-04.1(Z) / Warewashing machine - data plate operating specifications.
Observed a broken wash/rinse dial on the dishwasher in the washroom. Please ensure this get repaired.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed the fan guard in the walk in dry box cooler to be dirty with nuild up and debris. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed multiple dirty vents in the dining room area at the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed an at home use crockpot sitting in the kitchen. The PIC stated that it was used for an employee only event. Please remove this from the facility,. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
