Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed opened containers of chicken salad at the bar and potato salad at the kitchen without date marking. PIC voluntarly date marked them.

3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sign(s) not posted at the hand sink at the bar, kitchen and restrooms. PIC was provided with the Marion Public Health handwashing sign.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed torn gaskets on the doors of the cooler at the bar.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Observed no sanitizer test kit available at the bar. Facility had test kit that were water damaged. PIC made a note to replace it.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed dumpster lids open. PIC closed them.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Mops dried improperly. Observed mop stored wet in buckect. PIC hanged it for drying.
