Observed debris build up on the outside and top part of the nozzels of the cornelius pop machine at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop being stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. Mops must be hung up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
