Critical Repeat Observed food build-up in the produce and bakery handwashing sinks. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-03.5(B) / Honestly presented.
Observed the ham sale tags in the deli without the full name of the product. Example Private Selection Brown Sugar Glazed Ham with Natural Juices, Private Selection Wildflower Honey Ham Water Added. Food products are not honestly presented.
Food shall be offered for human consumption that does not mislead or misinform the consumer. Food or color additives, colored overwraps, or lights may not be used to misrepresent the food. The sale of kosher foods shall be in accordance with section 1329.29 of the Revised Code.

Repeat Observed a non-commercial microwave in the bakery. Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.

Observed visible food spillage in the self-service dairy case. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty.

Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the handwashing sink in the bakery.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10)
Observed the light in the meat room freezer not working. The light intensity in the walk-in refrigerator, dry food storage area, or other area during cleaning was less than ten foot candles.
The light intensity shall be at least ten foot candles (one hundred eight lux) at a distance of thirty inches (seventy-five centimeters) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry food storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning.
