Comments
Complaint stated the facility is serving food in Styrofoam trays and are then washing the trays to be re-used. Talked to PIC who stated Styrofoam trays and silverware are used to serve food and they are all discarded after use. Observed employees doing dishes, only metal containers used to hot/cold hold food were being washed at the time of inspection. Observed unused Styrofoam trays still in plastic bags. Did not observe Styrofoam trays being rewashed and reused at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection.
