Did not observe towels or a during device at the kitchen hand sink during the time of inspection. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Repeat Observed wiping cloths to not be stored in sanitizer buckets during the time of inspection. Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Observed single-use items to not be stored in an inverted fashion or protected from contamination during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Observed counter corner in the kitchen to be damaged, thus exposing the wood underneath the finish during the time of inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable.

Repeat Observed several non commercial pieces of equipment in the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.
