3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed walkin freezer door would not shut tight due to build up of ice on door. Observed walkin refrigerator door not self sealing, the latch screws are loose, must push the door shut to close it all the way.
PIC put in a work order to have repaired.
