| We received a complaint that the grease trap at this facility might be causing a nuisance. We talked to the manager about the issue. Observed the grease trap to be in good condition with no debris around it at the time of inspection. Facility has no grease trap under the three compartment sink. The grease trap is located outside (by the drive thru window). Facility has a company, DAR PRO, that comes quarterly to clean/empty their grease trap. The last service was provided on 4/27/20 and a copy of the facility grease trap plumbing/cleaning record was provided during inspection. Manager stated that the grease trap seemed to be adequately sized and they never had issue with their grease trap. Observed no issues in the restrooms at the time of inspection. Manager stated that they had an issue with their toilets flushing slowly and Waterworks came on 5/26/20 and cleaned their drain. A copy of the report was provided at the time of inspection. |
