No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed no paper towel at the handsink in the warewash area at the deli.

Food thermometer not readily accessible. Dit not observe a thermometer in the meat cooler at the meat department and in the roasted chicken case by the registry.

3717-1-06.4(L) / Removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests.
Presence of dead pests or insects. Observed dead insects in one of the light shield in the bakery area.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed excess condensation on the ceiling and excess ice build up on the door, wall and ceiling of the frozen dairy/frozen food walk in freezer. Observed condensation on the ceiling of the meat walk in freezer. Observed ice build up in the bakery walk in freezer. Observed condensation on the ceiling of the deli walk in freezer.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed a pipe at the beakery that needed lifted back from the floor.

3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10 FC)
Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas. Observed the lights at the hot dogs reach in cooler area not working.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
No protective shielding on lights. Observed no light shield on the lights in the bakery dry storage area.
