Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed there to be debris in the handwashing sink near the cafe serving line during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC cleaned handwashing sink during the time of inspection.

Observed hand sink in the kitchen to not be reaching required temperature during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink water below 100°F.

3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
Repeat Observed food packaged in-house to not have required label information on it during the time of inspection. Label on a food packaged in-house did not contain all required information.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed a torn gasket on cooler in the cafe area during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
