| Received a complaint stating that there was a sewage issue in the bathrooms and that the customer was concerned there would be a sewage backup in the kitchen as well. Upon arriving I discussed the situation with the manager; neither the bathrooms nor the kitchen has backed up since this issue. The facility has a professional coming out next Wednesday, 10/5 and next Thursday, 10/6 to fix the issue. The manager explained that there is a pipe in the ground that has deteriorated over time and is going to be repaired. Because of this, the bathrooms have been shut down and will be shut down until the problem is fixed. Lastly, we took a walk around the kitchen and I saw no evidence of a sewage back up during the time of inspection, and the facility did not smell of sewage during the time of inspection. |
