| Complainant stated that her daughter and daughters friend got sick on 1/25/16 after having milkshakes. The milkshake machine was having routine maintenance during the inspection. The milk mixture in the machine was 28F. The back up mixture in the walk-in cooler was properly stored and expires 2/14/16. The milkshake machine is cleaned with soapy water, rinsed, sanitized and air dried every other Sunday and any other time as needed. |
