Critical Packaged food not properly labeled. Recieving subs from VFW who is not currently licensed to do so with the Ohio Department of Agriculture. PIC told to not sell the subs until the VFW is properly licensed.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods(subs) not properly date marked. Marked made 7/23 use by 7/30/23. Day made counts as Day 1. Subs are from an unapproved source and are to be not sold at the facility until the proper licensing is obtained from the sub provider.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Golf clubs, golf balls, coolers, etc being stored in kitchen area.
