Critical Observed cooling system in the meat slicing area to be leaking during the time of inspection. Said cooling system is almost directly above the meat slicing station, so this poses a contamination risk. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation.

Critical Observed produce area cutting board to be excessively scorn thus rendering it no longer smooth or easily cleanable during the time of inspection. Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable.

Corrected During Inspection Observed the deli area hand sink to not have signage on it during the time of inspection. Handwashing sign(s) not posted. Supplied PIC with stickers before leaving inspection.
