3717-1-04.4(L)/Mechanical warewashing equipment - hot water sanitization temperatures
Dishwasher was not reaching 160F at the time of inspection. PIC placed a work order for the unit and will be using 3bay sink until the dishwasher is repaired. Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature.
